Final school graduation certificate and transcript	※ Submission of final education certificate of high school graduation or higher ※ Those who plan to apply for a D4 visa choose one of the following 1 and 2 and submit the original copy 1) Final Certificate of Academic Graduation with Apostille Confirmation 2) A certificate of graduation with the confirmation of a Korean consul or consular mission in Korea to the country to which the school of origin belongs ※ Degree certificate report issued by the Education Degree Certification Center operated by the Ministry of Education in China ※ Submission of documents issued within 3 months from the date of application ※ If the original document is issued in a language other than Korean or English, a notarized translation document is submitted together with the original document
(your own or your parents) 11 million KRW or 10,000 USD or more re-certification documents	※ Financial certificate documents: Certificate of balance (issued within 30 days), scholarship certificate ※ Original documents shall mean original documents (or notarized) issued by schools, banks, government offices, etc., and copies are not recognized ※ If the original document is issued in a language other than Korean or English, a notarized translation document is submitted together with the original document
Family relationship certificate	※ If you use your parents' balance certificate, etc
Insurance policy	※ A copy of the country's private insurance available for six months (based on the date of entry to Korea), a copy of Korea's private insurance, and one copy of the Korean National Health Insurance Certificate (Korea Health Insurance Corporation) submitted (in Korean or English) ※ Submission period: From completion of registration to within one week after the opening of the school ※ If you stay in Korea for more than six months, you will automatically sign up for the Korean National Health Insurance six months after your arrival in Korea. The monthly premium is about W44,000 (planned). (Enforcement on March 2021)
