Eligibility for application

A foreign student whose parents are both foreigners
Foreigners who have completed a curriculum equivalent to elementary, middle, and higher education in Korea in accordance with the national education-related laws and regulations of the applicant
Multiple nationalities and stateless persons are not supported

Education and nationality requirements

Foreigners with full education abroad	High school graduates (scheduled) who have completed all curriculums corresponding to primary and secondary education in a foreign school No application is possible if you are enrolled in a school located in Korea Nationality of parents and period of residence and stay abroad shall be excluded from the qualification requirement examination
Both parents are foreigners	A high school graduate (scheduled) who has completed the entire curriculum corresponding to elementary and secondary education in a school located in Korea or abroad Recognition if both parents and students have acquired foreign nationality before the applicant begins a curriculum corresponding to the Korean high school curriculum Both applicants and parents must be foreigners (including citizenship holders), and dual citizenship and stateless persons cannot be supported
North Korean defectors	A person who is registered as a North Korean defector and graduated from high school (scheduled) corresponding to elementary and secondary education in Korea or abroad (including North Korea)
A married immigrant	A person who has obtained permission for naturalization pursuant to Article 6 (2) of the Nationality Act

Language proficiency requirements

Foreigners with full education abroad	A person who meets any of the following conditions as of the application date for admission Those who have acquired Level 3 or higher of the Korean Language Proficiency Test (TOPIK) conducted by the National Institute of International Education A person who has completed a Korean language training course at a domestic or foreign training institution recognized by this university for at least 6 months (Approved only for foreign and Korean government-funded scholarship students) A person who has obtained a vocational college degree or higher in Korea
